What is the iHerb returns policy?

1. If you wish to return any items, you must send them back within 30 days from the date of delivery. For iHerb branded products, you have 90 days from the date of delivery. 

2. Make sure to send back the items in the original packaging and in good condition to secure your refund. 

3. For high-value orders, consider that the refunds might take longer. iHerb will review and can decide to refund your order as store credit. 

Can I get next-day delivery at iHerb?

iHerb ships from local stores in the US, Korea and Hong Kong via DHL and Hermes. This means they do not have a next-day delivery available. But the good news is that all duties, taxes and import fees are collected at the time of checkout, so you won’t need to make any extra payments at the time of delivery.
