What is the HQhair returns policy?

1. HQhair is happy to provide customers with a refund or exchange if they return an unwanted product within 30 days of delivery.

2. You must ensure that any item you wish to return is in a saleable condition. This means it must be unopened, with all the original packaging and hygiene sealed untouched.

3. If your item is not re-saleable, the company is unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

4. If your order has earned a complimentary gift, it must also be returned before receiving your refund or replacement.

5. Head to the online returns portal to start your returns. 

Can I get next day delivery at HQhair?

HQhair offers standard next day delivery for just £5.99, available on all orders placed before 11pm, 7 days per week. Restrictions apply and during busy periods some Premium/Express delivery services may be temporarily unavailable. You could also opt for same day delivery, which is available on most products for London addresses and costs £11.99.

Is there an HQhair price match policy?

HQhair does not currently have a price match policy. However, you can still save money with one of our HQhair promo codes or shopping during seasonal sales.
