Returns

Hobbs offers a convenient returns policy if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.

1. Inform Hobbs of your intention to return the goods within 14 days or 28 days for in-store purchases. You may not be able to return your goods when this time elapses.

2. Ensure the goods come in original packaging, are unworn and clean, and have their tags attached. Items like swimwear should still have the hygiene strip. We don’t accept hygiene items like underwear and face coverings.

3. Ensure you have the dispatch confirmation email or your original receipt to prove your purchase. You can easily follow the steps and get your returns label on the returns portal.

4. Return your goods to Hobbs after filling out the returns note. You can also use the parcel collections service or Collect+ services for free returns in the UK.
