1. Exchanges are possible as long as they are for the same item in a different size

2. Where the exchange item is not available, the store will refund the payment for the initial purchase

3. In-store purchases must be returned to a Hawes & Curtis store

4. Online purchases can be returned to the applicable online returns address

5. Provide proof of receipt and card used for the initial purchase

6. Refunds or exchanges of all purchases are possible within three months except for suits ( 1 month), womenswear ( 1 month), clearance and sale items (14 days), and outerwear (1 month).

7. Returning faulty or damaged items must be presented to a local Hawes & Curtis store where the store manager can offer further assistance
