What is the Gossard returns policy?

You have 28 days from receiving your order to send items back, using the downloadable Returns and Exchanges Form. Items must be unworn, with swing tags intact and returned in their original condition (yes, that includes not rolling your boned corsets!). Return postage is your responsibility, and international returns may incur extra customs charges, so double-check the details. Refunds are processed once the item reaches their warehouse, and original shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned. Full returns go to their Derbyshire distribution centre.

Can I get next-day delivery at Gossard?

No, unfortunately, there is no next-day delivery available.

Can I get free delivery?

Yes! All UK orders are free when the minimum order value has been met (£50).
