What is the Glasses Direct returns policy?

1. You can have peace of mind when you order your new glasses with Glasses Direct. The brand offers a generous 120-day free returns policy, with lenses included. 

2. Fill in the Returns Form that came with your order and put it, as well as the item(s) you are returning, in the box or envelope they were originally shipped in.

3. You will have received an adhesive returns label with your order. All you have to do is peel it off and attach it to the sealed parcel. We recommend taking it to the Post Office for a free postage receipt.

4. Send it back with 120 days of the dispatch date.

Can I get next day delivery at Glasses Direct?

Next-day delivery is not available at Glasses Direct. Standard delivery is available for just £4.95 If purchasing a pair from the premium designers range, you’ll get free courier service. Your order should be dispatched within 7 days, and delivered within 10 days after that date. 

Is there a Glasses Direct price match policy?

While Glasses Direct doesn’t have a price match policy, you’re bound to find a fantastic deal on the website, and you can always use one of our Glasses Direct vouchers to lower the price even further.
