What is the Get The Label returns policy?

Although 92% of products delivered by Get The Label aren’t returned, you can return any unwanted items within 21 days of receiving your order. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Visit Get The Label’s ‘Returns’ portal.

2. Enter your order number and email or postcode to start the process.

3. Follow the steps to get your QR code via email, and then take your packaged return and QR code to your selected drop-off point. 

4. You can scan your QR code and print a returns label. 

5. There will be a small charge of £2.50 to process your returns.

Can I get next day delivery at Get The Label?

Yes,  Get The Label offers next-day delivery for an extra £5.95. Make sure you place your order before 4pm on a weekday to receive it the following working day. If you place an order on Friday before 4pm, you’ll receive your order the following Monday. Any orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following working day for delivery the day after.

Is there a Get The Label price match policy?
