Redeeming your discount code

Make the most of your FatFace voucher, by following these simple steps:

1. Shop for new clothes at the FatFace online store and make your selections.

2. Consult our list of codes and see if any of them apply to your product choices.

3. Compare the codes to see which will give you the best savings. For example, a 3 for 2 deal may save you more than a 10% off deal.

4. Make a note of the FatFace discount code. Ideally, copy it to your clipboard.

5. Return to the FatFace online store.

6. Check you have got the right items in your basket and navigate to the online checkout.

7. Paste the promo code into the box that is provided at the checkout.

8. Click to ‘Apply’ the code. Any discount will be applied and you should be able to see your new price.

9. Choose your delivery method and make a payment. Await your new clothing!

Questions to ask if your FatFace voucher code isn't working:

• Is there an error in the way you have written the code? Double-check, or copy and paste.

• Is there a required spend? Many codes come with terms that include a minimum spend level.

UK Express Delivery is available on all products for £4.95. Express Delivery can take between 1 and 2 days, orders must be placed before 5 p.m. Standard delivery takes 3-5 days but is free on orders over £30. Click and collect is not currently available, but check back, as this is subject to change.

Returns

1. You can return online purchases in a store or by post. Full-priced items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but sale items must be returned within 14 days.

2. Go to the ‘Returns’ section of the retailer's website to print a label for an Evri home collection, or a Royal Mail delivery.

3. Package your goods and fill out the returns section of the dispatch note. Add the note to the package.

4. If you've printed an Evri label, you can either arrange for a collection or drop it at an Evri Parcelshop or Locker.

5. If you've printed a Royal Mail label, take your parcel to your nearest Post Office.

6. Refunds should be processed within 14 days.
