Next Day Delivery

Unfortunately, there is presently no Desigual Next Day Delivery option available. If you're not in a rush, home delivery takes 6 to 12 days business to arrive, and it is offered for free on all orders over £60.

Gift cards

Desigual gift cards make a unique treat for special occasions or a loving gesture. Starting at £20, you can load your digital gift card with a maximum balance of up to £600. If you prefer a more physical gift, you can purchase gift cards at the store.

App discounts

There isn't a Desigual app available at the moment. The store is fully optimised for convenient mobile shopping if you'd want to shop from your phone.

Additional helpful information

Returns

1. Desigual offers free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the garment is unworn, unsoiled and with all its original labels attached.

2. To return your item(s), simply fill in the form contained within your physical order. Tick off the item returned and the reason before packing your parcel, preferably in its original packaging.

3. Peel off the pre-paid returns label and attach it to the front of the package.

4. Drop your parcel off at the nearest UPS collection point or organise a pick-up. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days but can take longer.

Price match policy

There is no Desigual price match policy at present. What's more, you're not covered for price reductions and changes after purchase. If the item price drops considerably, you can take advantage of the store's free returns policy to exchange your unworn/unused item.
