Will I benefit by signing up for the Coast newsletter?

You will! By signing up, you’ll automatically receive a 15% discount for welcoming you to shop at Coast. What’s more, these newsletters are often the first to disclose any upcoming Coast sales, deals and offers that have not been shared with the wider public yet.

What is the Coast returns policy?

• Repack the items you purchased.

• Login in your details to the Coast portal.

• Scroll through and select your preferred return option. Click Print and return the label at home or in the various store options.

• Once you are done with the Coast product selection and it is now processed, your return in the portal is ready to be posted off. Ensure always to keep the proof of postage with you.

• After that, keep track of the return tracking process of your item.

• You’ll get an email notification when you get to receive the returned item.

How much does Coast delivery cost?

If you aren’t signed up for the CoastVIP service, standard delivery will set you back £4.99, whilst next day delivery costs £5.99. Of course, if you purchase the CoastVIP membership for just £13.99, you’ll get these deliveries free for one whole year.
