Both physical gift cards and e-gift cards can be purchased online at Boden. Electronic gift cards can be emailed directly for immediate use and can be purchased for between £10 and £250. Traditional gift vouchers can be posted to yourself or your recipient and purchased in amounts of £10, £20, £50, or £100.

Returns

1. You can return fully-priced items within three months of purchase. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

2. Fill out the returns form that came with your online order.

3. Place the form and the item into the original packaging, and add the free returns label to the front.

4. Note that some sale items will not come with a free returns label and you may have to pay the postage.

5. Take your parcel to the post office and be sure to keep the receipt for tracking.

6. Confirmation of your return should arrive within 14 days, and the money returned within a further 5 days.
