If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of taking delivery.
Contact the store to request a return and a unique return authorisation code.
Package up your item in its original condition and use either the shop's collection service or arrange your own postage. Ensure you include all the components that came with the item.
The cost of returning is payable by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Next Day Delivery
BHS Next Day Delivery is available for £8.95, and orders should be placed by 4 pm. Otherwise, standard delivery is £4.95 for orders under £16. Standard delivery for purchases over £16 is free.
