What is the Bershka returns policy?

1. You can make either an in-store return or a drop-off return with Bershka. Returns are allowed up to 30 days after you receive your order.

2. The in-store return option is always free - simply return your item to a Bershka store, provided it has the same department that the item belongs to.

3. The drop-off return allows you to leave your item at a collection point after requesting the return via the website returns portal. This method of return is free within the first 15 days of your order arriving. After 15 days, it will cost £3.95 and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Can I get next day delivery at Bershka?

You can select Express delivery for a £4.95 additional fee. You’ll get your item within 1 working day if you place the order between Monday to Friday before 6pm, or 2 working days if places after 6pm. You can place a same-day delivery order if you have a London address. Make the order before 1pm and pay £6.95 to guarantee this!
