What is the Benefit returns policy?

1. Please make any returns within 30 days of the shipping date. You will receive a refund on the cost of your purchase, minus additional costs for shipping, gift wrap, or any other non-refundable items.

2. Fill out the 'Return Form' included with your order, and ensure you securely pack and seal all items.

3. Be sure to put the Return Label that was given to you onto the outside of your return package, and use a shipping service that offers tracking information and insurance.

5. It can take up to three weeks for your account to be credited following shipment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Can I get next day delivery at Benefit?

Receive your purchase on the next working day when you place your order before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Express delivery will set you back just £4.95, making it perfect for those last-minute plans. Orders placed after 3pm or on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will usually be delivered within two working days.

Is there a Benefit price match policy?
