What is the Beauty Base returns policy?

If you need to return an order, contact Beauty Base immediately by emailing online@beautybase.com. Returns must be authorised, and you should send back items within 14 days of receiving the return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original sale condition. Remember, you are responsible for return postage costs. Once Beauty Base receives and verifies that the items match the batch code and condition, they will process a refund for the goods’ cost only. Refunds are issued promptly, but please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to clear the payment.
