What is the Aspiga returns policy?

1. Aspiga offers you a 14-day window, from receipt of your order, to return any items you’re unhappy with. Returned items must be in a resalable condition and returned new, unused and in the original packaging.

2. You can use the online portal to arrange returns and exchanges. Any delivery charges incurred to return the item are non-refundable, although there are no extra shipping charges for exchanges. You may also request an extension on the usual returns period by contacting the customer service team.

3. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you can inform the customer service team and follow the usual returns process.

Can I get next day delivery at Aspiga?

Using Royal Mail for deliveries, you can request UK Express Delivery for £9.99 as long as you place your order before 1pm on Monday to Thursday to receive it on the next working day.
