1. To make an online return, first log into your Anthropologie account and find your order number.

2. Go to the order history section of your account and select the order you want to return.

3. Click the Create a Return tab to generate a printable returns label or a QR code for your prepaid return.

4. Wait for an email containing a copy of your returns label and your tracking information.

5. Pack up your items securely, remembering to remove or cover the original shipping label. Add the new label and drop off the parcel at the Post Office.
