Do I get any discounts through the Ancestry app?

Although Ancestry has a great app with various features, they do not post any specific discounts. But it is a great way to manage the different services Ancestry offers once you are a member, making it easier than ever to keep up with your searches and receive personalised content. 

What is the Ancestry returns policy?

1. If you wish to cancel your current membership, you need to go into your account settings and the membership section. 

2. Select ‘cancel membership’, then follow the steps until you see a cancellation confirmation. 

3. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled any time two business days before the subscription renews. 

4. For longer-period subscriptions, you are not eligible for a refund. 

5. You can also delay your subscription renewal for up to two months, if you’d prefer to keep it running but need more time before you continue your family tree.

Can I get next day delivery at Ancestry?

Since Ancestry is an online membership service and does not have any products, next-day delivery does not apply. But the great news is that once you sign up, you can begin your family tree search right away, by entering your surname or your family tree so far.

Is there an Ancestry price match policy?
