Amanda from hit BBC comedy series Motherland is the character we love to hate. Her passive-aggressive digs ("Hello Anne! You're looking… healthy") and impossibly polished appearance ("I am a full-time project to myself") make her the perfect villain in a show that looks at parenting without rose-tinted glasses. And now, she's back with even more sass in her own spin-off show, Amandaland.

With the show now available (and everyone talking about it), you may be wondering ‘Where can I watch Amandaland?’ Here's everything you need to know.

What is Amandaland about?

Amandaland takes the delightfully dreadful Amanda from Motherland and drops her into a post-divorce, downsized reality in "SoHa" (that's South Harlesden). It's another comedic masterclass from writer Sharon Horgan, all about navigating the horrors of teenage rebellion, eco-anxiety, and an ever-present mother.

Think of Amandaland as a survival guide for the modern, aspirational parent who's just discovered that their perfect life has relocated to a slightly less perfect postcode, with a heavy dose of school-gate social warfare thrown in for good measure.

As well as some of our favourite characters from the original Motherland series - including Joanna Lumley as Amanda's mum, Felicity, and Philippa Dunne as the hilariously deadpan Anne - there are a host of new faces to look out for.

New characters include Amanda's neighbour Mal, played by Samuel Anderson (Gavin & Stacey, The History Boys), and acclaimed chef Della, played by Siobhan McSweeney (Derry Girls, The Fall).
