Film festival szn is officially under way – and we have thoughts.
Toronto International Film Festival has premiered some seriously exciting film and TV projects, including Feel Good's Mae Martin's return to our screens, the beginning of Charli XCX's movie era, Saoirse Ronan's teacher-student drama and the third Knives Out instalment. And many, many more.
The trailer for her upcoming project 100 Nights of Hero – also starring Emma Corrin and and Richard E Grant – has just dropped.

Here are GLAMOUR's top Toronto International Film Festival recommendations.
Wayward

Release info: Wayward drops on Netflix on 25 September.
Erupcja
Starring: Charli XCX, Lena Gora
Plot: A sapphic drama about a woman that reconnects with an old friend of hers while visiting Warsaw with her boyfriend. We're very excited about this latest development about Charli XCX's foray into movies.

Bad Apples
Starring: Saiorse Ronan, Jacob Anderson
Plot: Saiorse – who we believe can do it all and play any role – plays a teacher whose class is disrupted by one rebellious pupil, which leads her to do something rather unethical to stop this “bad apple” and his influence on her class. We won't say much more, but call us intrigued.
