Tess Daly and Vernon Kay welcomed their second daughter on Friday afternoon. Amber Isabella was born at a London hospital and weighed 7lb 15oz. "She is absolutely beautiful and I am thrilled," said Vernon. The presenting pair already have a daughter, Phoebe, who is four. Tess is expected to take time out from TV to spend time with her growing family; though she is thought to be returning to host Strictly Come Dancing alongside Bruce Forsythe.
