Temptation Island fans – how desperate are you to know whose connections made the cut after the cameras stopped rolling?
The Netflix series saw established couples travel to a tropical island to have their commitments to each other tested by “singles” who may or may not turn their heads.
Here's everything we know about which Temptation Island couples are still together, and which ones sadly didn't make it.

Alexa and Lino
Good news, these two are engaged! They are currently planning their dream wedding in Italy's Sorrento in autumn 2026, and are adamant that whatever life throws their way they can handle it together.
“Lino and I are a team,” Alexa told Netflix's TUDUM. “Every single word that we were both saying throughout the [experiment], we were thinking of the other person.”
The couple took a break after filming the experiment to re-align and talk about their experiences.“We did a little three-day vacation together in Hawaii with no phones, and we discussed everything,” Alexa said. “There was nothing for us to hide. Because we had that time together to lay everything out, our communication got better.”
Shanté and Brion
Shanté and Brion are still together – after a lot of drama on the show, particularly Brion's decision to have a threesome with other women. But it seems that this experience led him to realise what he really wants, which is to be with Shanté.
This led to lots of conversations between the two of them, which ultimately led them to a new chapter in their relationship. “As sad as it is and as annoying as it is, I don’t know that we would’ve had those conversations if that didn’t happen,” Shanté said. “We could have just been down this bad spiral of not really knowing how each other feels.”
“It was a big learning experience for me to really see the value of the woman that I have," Brion told Netflix. “I regret what I did, but I’ve grown up a lot."
The couple are now in therapy and are on track to move in together soon.
Ashley
Grant reappeared in Ashley's life, which she describes as a “sh*t show”.
“I just ran into him out at the bar literally next to my house, and it just went downhill from there,” she says. “He told me that he had been going out to all the places trying to run into me.”
But it soon transpired that Grant was still involved with Natalie, the single woman he was involved with during the experiment. Natalie and Grant began exclusively dating shortly after Grant left the island alone.
“He cheated on Natalie with me,” Ashley told Netflix's TUDUM. “I will give him credit. He did everything he could to try to fix it,” she added. “But there just really wasn’t any coming back from everything that happened. I just couldn’t let it go, and I was never going to believe or trust that he really was going to change.”
Tyler
Tyler is in a relationship – just not with either women he was involved with on Temptation Island, Tayler and Kay. He claims that his original partner Tayler reached out to him after hearing he was dating someone new. “It was hard to navigate,” he says. “We haven’t talked since that phone call. I’ve run into her at Costco, and we don’t say anything to each other.”
While he left the island with Kay, he says they realised their lives didn't align on their final date, but opted to leave the island together due to the strength of the bond they had built.
Tayler
Tayler is single and in therapy working through the abandonment issues that Temptation Island brought to the surface.
She has been very vocal about her post-show communication with Tyler, including the fact that they did discuss getting back together, only for her to discover through a mutual friend that he had just arrived home from a trip with his now-girlfriend.
It was just the straw that broke the camel’s back,” she told Netflix's TUDUM. “So I blocked him and never looked back, and we have not spoken since.”
Grant
Grant has confirmed that he is single and working on himself, no longer connected to Ashley or Natalie. He added that meeting other women during the experiment affirmed what he wanted to find in a partner. “Meeting these other girls who were so soft and nice really just stuck it to me that that’s what I need in a partner,” he said.
Grant has also spoken out about how he feels about his own behaviour on the show. “I think I was very unaligned with my soul. I was so distracted and overwhelmed that my decisions at the time weren’t extremely thought-out,” he said. “I still feel like I was being my wholehearted self, so I don’t regret anything besides Ashley having to watch.”
The singles:
Natalie
Danny and Ashley left the show together, but ultimately decided to be “really good friends”. Danny is focusing on himself and his career right now and taking a break from dating.
“It’s just ultimately up to timing,” he has said. “When the right girl does come around, at the right time in my life and the right time in her life, I think that’s when it’ll be possible to start dating.”
Kay
Tyler and Kay ultimately decided to be friends after their time on the island. “We were put in such a romantic setting. That’s why it became romantic,” she told Netflix's TUDUM. “We both still look back at it as a great experience. I think he’s such a good guy, but I don’t think he’s my guy.”
Since then, she gave her ex-boyfriend another chance and is now in a different casual relationship. “Moving forward, it’s going to take a lot more to get me invested in a relationship," she said, explaining that she's learnt the importance of getting to know someone with no distractions.
Danny
Danny and Ashley's relationship may not have developed after their time on the island, but he says they still have a “pretty cool story and connection”.
He's just started a really demanding sales job, so his attitude to dating has shifted.
“When the right girl does come around, at the right time in my life and the right time in her life, I think that’s when it’ll be possible to start dating," he said.
