It's easy to forget that being a celebrity does have its pitfalls - and a stalker is definitely one of those, especially when he sounds like a gun-toting crazy person.
Taylor Swift has filed a restraining order against a man who has reportedly been stalking her since 2011.
TMZ obtained the court documents which reveal the news that Taylor Swift has accused a man named Timothy Sweet of harassing her with numerous emails, tweets, and letters.
Messages from Sweet allegedly include: "My wife, Taylor Swift (Sweet) and I live in Beverly Hills. I am in love with her. In conclusion, we treat each other with dignity and respect. I will carry a gun to protect her the rest of my life."
And, "If anyone in Taylor Swift's family gets killed, it is not my fault."
Ok, we're totally creeped out.
A judge has ordered the man to stay 100 yards away from Taylor Swift and three members of her family at all times.
