Do you remember when kids at school were handing out invites to their birthday party and you desperately hoped to receive an invite because FOMO? Well, we’re pretty sure there are a few popular names waiting by their doors right now, hoping to be receiving a little love from Taylor Swift in the form of a cosy cardigan which accompanies the release of her latest album Folklore - an absolute marvel, FYI.
Comforting, nostalgic and understated, Cardigan is more than just a track featured on the album. Swift decided to gift us with her vision IRL and this star-embroidered, cream cable knit cardigan that is official merch for Folklore (as well as some pretty cool T-shirts, hoodies and special edition vinyls), and it's the wearable hug we have all been starved of during lockdown. It seems Swift couldn’t resist in sharing because after all, that is caring right?
“I hope this cardigan will keep you in these extremely uncozy times,” Swift wrote in a note attached to each package. “Sending you a socially distanced hug and all my love, Taylor.”
