The blonde bombshell stepped out for a Miu Miu dinner in Paris wearing long waves pushed back from her face by a thick black fabric sweatband — a style millennials will remember fondly from the early ’00s — and something about the way it changes her face shape made us do a double-take. Syd? Is that you?
In perhaps a play on the schoolgirl motif, Sweeney paired this unexpected accessory (when’s the last time you saw one of these in a high fashion context?) with a collared, sequinned minidress featuring prominent buttons.
We have to note that the Euphoria star’s rib-length hair, usually a sunny blonde (or, while filming Madame Web, more honey-hued), is now platinum. Going for the Barbie look? We guessed that the actor was wearing extensions, held in place by the headband, and a quick look at her hairstylist’s Instagram confirms that the length is thanks to Rita Lowery Hair.

We wouldn't be surprised if she’s transitioning to her natural hair colour during the SAG-AFTRA strike, but that’s just a hypothesis. She also rocked a spray tan, because while UV rays might give you a sun-kissed glow…they also give you melanoma. We love a safety-first queen!
At the Miu Miu show earlier the same day, Sweeney went sans headband, with even longer, wavier hair that reached her belly button.
