Yes, sushi doughnuts are a thing, guys.
Well, they're fast on their way to becoming so after the Instagrammer Sam, the brains behind vegan account @sobeautifullyraw, snapped a photo of her sushi creations and it went viral.
Perfectly formed, she molded the wet white rice with a doughnut mould and then decorated them (note that excellent avocado rose). For those into foodporn, this is about as good as it gets. We could drool over her food creations all day long:
