Goodbye, necklaces; hello to the skinny scarf!
The boho aesthetic made famous by Sienna Miller or Kate Moss is having a moment. That's right –fashion is more cyclical than ever, so the trend that involves a plethora of printed maxi dresses, denim, fringed bags and embroidered vests is officially back. It's a trend that's rooted in the '70s – but was also revived in the noughties, thanks to Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen and Nicole Richie. And now, it-girls of today have been seen sporting the trend, from Daisy Edgar-Jones to Sydney Sweeney.
It should come as no surprise, given the popularity of Chemena Kamali's designs for Chloé right now, sending everyone into a frenzy googling clogs and boho bags alike.
With this style coming back in full force comes a micro trend that arrives just in time to replace the necklaces that we have not stopped seeing this summer (we're talking about those huge, colourful beads and also marine pendants with details of octopuses, stars and even peppers). Now is the time of the skinny scarf – the thin and light scarves that are also sometimes adorned with beads to give a boho touch to our autumn looks.

The skinny scarf is a useful tool to spice up looks that many people consider impractical – or can be used to complete basic outfits. Imagine how good they would look with a vest, your favourite jeans and a good trench coat. They can also be worn with balloon dresses, or with bohemian maxi dresses. The point is, there's no limit to how you can style them.
