Yep, Spongebob left his pineapple under the sea to celebrate with Pharell and the likes of Alicia Keys this weekend.
Guests tucked into a giant birthday cake featuring SpongeBob, while partying with full size characters Patrick Star from the Nicktoons show and were given a goody bag of treats which included The Spongebob Squarepants Experience: A Deep Dive Into the World of Bikini Bottom coffee table book.
As the birthday boy Pharrell dressed the part including these customised Swarovksi Addidas sneaks, which he teamed with an oversized Vivienne Westwood hat - but, of course.

It's more what we would expect from a 6th birthday party but hey, we love Pharrell for embracing his inner kid and apparent love for Spongebob. Whatever makes him happy, eh?
