It's been a great week for dogs - first Lupo kind of takes centre stage in the first official family pics of Prince George, and then the Obamas reveal their adorable new pet puppy, Sunny.
According to the White House official website:
"Sunny was born in Michigan in June 2012, and arrived at the White House today. Just like Bo, she's a Portuguese Water Dog, which works great for the Obamas because of allergies in their family.
Sunny is the perfect little sister for Bo - full of energy and very affectionate - and the First Family picked her name because it fit her cheerful personality."
Bo is already a social media star, making frequent appearances on the White House twitter feed - including the Mean Girls-referencing post below:

And we reckon Sunny will follow in Bo's pawprints - making his debut on both Barack and Michelle Obama and the White House's respective feeds - and his very own introductory video on Youtube:
