ER's Noah Wyle surprised his fans by announcing he was already a married man on TV show The View.
The actor married Sara Wells, an actress and childrens entertainer, earlier this month at their farm in Santa Barbara - and chose Tuesday's TV appearance to announce he had got secretly married.
"It was beautiful. It was great. It was a very small ceremony - we have this little farm in California" he said on the popular US talk show. "We got married on the ranch in front of the barn and then took a honeymoon. We just got back from Paris, which was incredible. Very romantic!"
The couple have been dating since 2011, and Noah has two children from a previous marriage to makeup artist Tracy Warbin Wyle - son Owen, 11, and daughter Auden, 8½.
