In 2023, No7 Future Renew became the UK's biggest-ever beauty launch by bringing scientific innovation at purse-friendly prices to the masses. No7 Pro Artist launches today and we predict a similar stampede for the brand's most luxe makeup collection to date.
Marrying pro-level expertise with affordable prices and an experimental spirit, No7 has tapped makeup artist Nic Chapman to bring the 12-piece collection to life. “Most of us just want a few brilliant products that are quick and easy to use in our busy lives, and that deliver stunning results,” Nic says.
As you might expect, performance and premium formulas are the beating heart of this collection. Heroes include the Matte Muse Lipsticks that deliver a true matte finish and opaque payoff while still comfortably cushioning your lips. Then on days when you want a glossy glaze, simply slick one of the Lip Shine Oils over the top.
“For a more natural look, I like to start by defining the lip with a nude liner that complements my lip colour and follow with a swipe of clear lip oil for a glassy finish,” says Nic.
"If you’re looking for a more dramatic look, apply a bold lipstick first – I like the No7 Pro Artist Matte Muse Lipstick in Red Carpet Ready. Line the lips with a complementary colour first to define the shape, add your colour straight from the lipstick bullet before going in with the Lip Shine Oil. Apply a thin layer to add an extra dimension of shine."
The Soft Glow Cream Bronzers melt on your skin for a sun-kissed gleam while the Luxe Liquid Blushes seamlessly blend out for a petal-like flush. There is also the Lights, Camera, Action nude eyeshadow palette for a soft smoky eye.

Additionally, there is a primer, fixing spray, loose setting powder, concealer, brow gel, lip and eye pencils. Better still, everything in the No7 Pro Artist collection retails for under £20.

Product: No7 Pro Artist Lip Shine Oil
Shade: Peach
As a self-confessed lip product addict, I was super excited to add this newcomer to my collection, particularly as the No7 Pro Artist Lip Oil claimed to offer both shine and nourishment, as too often you get one without the other. Let me start by saying, this is not a gloss – something I learnt the hard way. I initially expected a thick, sticky texture like many glosses in my collection, but No7's Lip Oil is completely different.
The formula is incredibly lightweight and glides effortlessly onto the lips. It feels instantly nourishing, smoothing rough patches and sinking into the creases for a super soft finish. While it does provide a lovely, healthy sheen, it's more of a subtle glow rather than the intense mirror-like finish of traditional glosses. It feels like it penetrates deep, leaving lips feeling moisturised rather than just coated.
I tried the shade Peach, a transparent formula with a rosy tint that I think would complement any skin tone. It looks gorgeous on me and I’m excited to have it as a hydrating alternative to my go-to glosses. While it’s not taking the top spot just yet, it’s definitely earned a place in my collection.

Product: No7 Pro Artist The Eye Palette Nude
Shade: Lights, Camera, Action
I will never not love a cosy eyeshadow quad, especially when it’s filled with warm neutrals that are each 100% wearable. This has autumn-winter written all over it with a delicate champagne shade to make inner eye corners pop, a warm rose gold to drape all over lids, a deep bronze to add definition in the crease and under the eyes and a deep brown that doubles as a liner. Plus, the pigment is soft, buildable and beautifully blendable. A new staple.

Product: No7 Pro Artist The Soft Glow Cream Bronzer
Shade: Light
I'm going to be honest here, I'm not usually a cream bronzer girl, but this No7 formula might have just changed my mind. It's not as liquid as some, so it doesn't lift anything you lay beneath it – which is always a huge fear of mine – but it's still creamy enough to diffuse any harsh lines. I used a fluffy, tapered brush and found it was really easy to control, and the shade gave me a nice sun-kissed base to my winter makeup. I even blurred it over my lids for a subtle hint of colour, too.

Product: No7 Pro Artist Luxe Liquid Blushes
Shade: Taupe Blush
No7 beauty products have been a staple in my makeup bag for the past 10 years and the formulas have yet to let me down. That said, I've never tried one of the brand's blushes before, so I was intrigued to see how the No7 Pro Artist Luxe Liquid Blush would perform.
Recent powder blushes have left me with a cakey final result when worn on top of my non-negotiable daily bronzer, so where I can I'll always opt for a liquid blush. First impressions: I loved the simple yet sleek design of the bottle itself and soft rounded brush, which made for easy application.
The pigment is impressive, so I really appreciated the soft, buttery texture, which made blending out any excess a breeze. A few small dots went a long way and the colour itself came out as a beautiful, soft, pinky flush with a part dewy, part matte final effect. It's safe to say that this blush will definitely be making its way into my regular rotation!

Product: No7 Pro Artist Matte Muse Lipstick
Shade: Rose Couture
Out of all the makeup products out there, I'm the pickiest when it comes to lip products. Naturally, when the new No7 Matte Muse Lipstick landed on my desk, I was intrigued. I opted for the shade Rose Couture, which is a stunning mauve-y nude that I could easily pair with any makeup look - be it a full glam moment or the usual everyday "clean girl" vibe.
Despite the matte finish, I found that the formula didn't feel too drying on the lips. Quite the opposite, as it glides on like butter upon application. I also loved the pigment, which lasted a whole day and survived until dinner (something not all bullet lipsticks can do).
It also scored some extra bonus points for its affordable price, making it an even more welcome addition to my makeup arsenal.
