Naomi Campbell ain't just a pretty face, you know - the supermodel has gone and landed herself a major acting gig.
Naomi will star in a recurring role on Fox's Empire, a family drama set in the world of hip-hop, as Camilla, a woman involved in a steamy affair with a younger man. Sounds naughty!
The show is executively produced by Lee Daniels, the director of The Butler and Precious, and a longtime friend of Naomi's.
"Naomi is a beautiful actress. Underrated in my mind," said Daniels. "She will be wonderful as Camilla. I am truly thrilled to have one of my close friends join us."
Naomi said: "It's an honor to follow in the footsteps of actresses like Halle Berry, Oprah, Gabourey Sidibe and Mo'Nique, and work with Lee Daniels. I'm looking forward to joining Lee and this amazing cast on set."
We've seen a few of Naomi's acting stints before, and she's been amazing, so we can't wait to see her in Empire.
