Matthew McConaughey's prom picture is about to make your Tuesday.
He's gone from rom com star of How to Lose A Guy in Ten Days to a respected Oscar winner thanks to his turn in Dallas Buyers Club. But before he was picking up awards left right and centre, we now know Matthew McConaughey didn't emerge from the womb as a charm-oozing acting God, thanks to this adorable High School Prom photo that shows he was just as goofy as the rest of us as teens.
Posted by Leah Pickett, a contributor to the Chicago Tribune whose aunt went to prom with Matthew (now THAT's a story to tell the grandkids), the eighties-tastic twitpic swiftly went viral.
Pickett also tweeted to confirm that the prom took place in Longview, Texas, and that her aunt is "still beautiful, and happily married". As for Matthew? Even before his Hollywood days he was considered a hunk - back in high school he was voted the school's 'Most Handsome Student'.
