It’s 2025 and the dawn of a new era of Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, actor, philanthropist, and now star of her own unscripted lifestyle show on Netflix called With Love, Meghan.

The show premiered on Netflix on Tuesday 4 March 2025 at midnight in the USA, 8am in the UK. It was initially due to be released back in January, but as the show itself is an homage to California, and due to the California wildfires, both Meghan and Netflix jointly agreed to hold back the release date.

The show’s first official trailer dropped on 2 January, which the duchess posted to her own, new Instagram account with a personal message. “I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it,” she wrote. “Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support - and fun!”

The trailer begins with a producer asking in voiceover, “Ready for your show?" followed by close-up shots of Meghan chopping herbs, picking veggies from her own garden, pulling a basket out of the fryer, and other cooking-related tasks.

“I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and doing something surprising with it,” she says, while Do You Believe in Magic plays in the background. The trailer also promises guest appearances from the likes of Mindy Kaling and noted Markle bestie Abigail Spencer, among others, which is enough to get anybody hooked already, no?

So without further ado, here is everything you need to know about Meghan Markle’s new lifestyle show.

How to watch With Love, Meghan

There are eight episodes in total of Meghan Markle's new lifestyle series, and they are all available to watch now on Netflix. Ahead of the premiere, Meghan shared a heart-warming photo to her Instagram story of a hand-written note by her children, Lilibet and Archie, as well as her husband Prince Harry. “Congratulations mumma!” the note reads. “We love your show, and we love you!” Super cute.

Following the launch of the show, viewers have been sharing their reactions. One took to X to praise Meghan's friendship with make-up artist and long-time friend Daniel Martin. “They are literally the cutest,” the post reads. “No wonder the people closest to her speak so highly of her”.

Another fan of the show took to social media to praise Meghan's dreamy aesthetic. “Meghan’s aesthetic is such a vibe,” they wrote. “Simple and plain yet elegant, luxurious, comfortable, stylish and soft. It just screams ‘warm hugs’ to me.”

What is the show’s actual premise?

With Love, Meghan positions the duchess as a sort of West Coast Ina Garten, and what’s not to love about that? In each episode, Meghan hosts one of her fabulous friends while sharing her favourite cooking, gardening and crafting tips.

There's definitely a lot of cooking inspiration to be had, and you can even recreate the recipes yourself as they are listed on Netflix's TUDUM. Sophia A Nelson, a columnist for Forbes, shared to social media that she was inspired to get baking thanks to the show. “I was so inspired by #WithLoveMeghanOnNetflix that I baked a strawberry 2 layer cake with fresh strawberries tonight,” she posted on X.

In episode one, she makes truffle popcorn and honey lemon layer cake with bestie Daniel Martin, while episode two features comedian and Hollywood walk-of-famer Mindy Kaling. Other episodes include chef Roy Choi, chef Ramon Velasquez, and American restaurateur, food writer, and author Alice Walters.

There is also a brief cameo from Meghan's husband, Prince Harry. Blink and you'll miss it, because he's only on screen for about 15 seconds, where he enjoys a Mimosa and toasts to his wife. We'll cheers to that.
