The new islanders have entered the villa and summer is officially here. That's right, season 12 of our favourite guilty pleasure reality show, Love Island, has kicked off.
Things are already promising to be extra dramatic this year. The first episode featured a big twist that saw the single girls choosing their first matches using dating profiles for the first time ever. This was followed by another wild twist — the show's first American, Toni, arrived as a bombshell, stealing Ben from Shakira. Shakira was given the bad news that she'd have to make a new connection by the following evening or be dumped from the island.
As Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury announce they're expecting their second baby, these are the Love Island couples that have gone the distance.
Amongst the first islanders to enter the villa was Dejon Noel-Williams, who paired up with Meg on day one. Here's everything we know about the new islander.

Dejon Noel-Williams is a 26-year-old footballer from south west London. Son of the football manager and former footballer Gifton Noel-Williams, Dejon has already been labelled this season's nepo baby — even though he's never even heard the phrase.
“He's like my best friend, so he was happy with it,” said Dejon to Hello! of his father's response to his decision to go on the show. "He knows me, he knows my heart. So he has nothing to worry about. He said: 'Just be yourself.'"
Dejon added that “this is the first time I've been called a nepo baby. I don't know how to react!”
Dejon plays as a forward for National League North club Bedford Town and also represents the Grenada national team.
According to Instagram, he also works as a personal trainer.
Dejon entered the villa on day one and was chosen by Meg Moore, a musical theatre performer and energy broker. Although Meg initially said that she felt 50/50 about Dejon, she seemed to change her tune once they spoke and later said he was a “100.” The pair even shared a kiss. However, things got a little tense when bombshell Toni pulled Dejon for a chat. Evidently, there is a lot of drama to come.
