Louisa Jacobson is absolutely rocketing up the nepo baby cool list. The Gilded Age star, daughter of acting GOAT Meryl Streep, just came out in an Instagram post dedicated to lesbian fashion, which was uploaded on her mum’s birthday (June 22). She also used it to hard-launch her girlfriend. As Billy Eichner once said, “Let’s go, lesbians!”

“blessed to be entering the Joyful New Era bb ❤️‍🔥🏳️‍🌈” the Yale School of Drama alum wrote in her caption, starting the pic parade with a selfie including her girlfriend, producer Anna Blundell. The pic was taken some time in 2023; Blundell uploaded another selfie from the same moment at the end of the year and Jacobson commented, “OMFG ILYSM 😍.” (See Jacobson’s post here.)

Jacobson included a screenshot of a headline about the “joyful new era of lesbian fashion,” which apparently includes silk and suits, and then some pics of herself in silk and suits and other joyful lesbian fashions. Happy pride! (Blundell also made two appearances in Jacobson’s June 5 photo dump, in a mirror selfie and in a picture of their clasped hands, so this latest update is more of a confirmation than a reveal.)

Jacobson hasn’t said much about her personal life, but she did open up about her mum’s influence on her current gig in a 2022 Interview piece, revealing, “I also forged a beautiful connection with my mum through doing [The Gilded Age] and felt her presence on set in a way I wasn’t expecting to. I was really struggling at one point. I’m in this corset, I’m in my own head, starting to freak out about my performance, and she said, ‘Don’t forget to touch and smell the room, to be in this space. Acting is like a great, deep belief and almost religious faith in what you’re doing.’” Sounds like being Louisa Jacobson is pretty great!
