Lori Harvey has shared with us her green and red flags when it comes to dating and what she looks for in her other half.
The stunning model has had several high-profile relationships in recent years, including a romance with Future, Diddy and most recently, Michael B. Jordan.
In June, Lori and actor Michael called it quits after a year of dating, with a source stating they were both "completely heartbroken" at the time.
And now, reflecting on her dating history, the 25 year old spoke to Teyana Taylor on Bumble's Luv2SeeIt about what she looks for in a partner and what she tends to avoid.
"[For] green, I would just say transparency and, like, openness, communication," Lori stated, adding that she really appreciated people who don't "beat around the bush or act like [they] want something that [they] maybe really don't."
"It's like, you know, just be open and honest about what you're doing. Just cut the games," she explained further.
When it comes to red flags, Lori Harvey admitted that she feels uncomfortable when she notices that the person she's dating is having too much communication with their ex.
"If you're too close to your exes, that's a red flag," she said, adding that she much rather prefer for them to get back together. However, she doesn't want her man to fight with his ex.
"I don't want y'all to have beef [either] because then that gets messy," she said.
Elsewhere in the interview, Lori said that her current approach to dating had been shaped by her earlier relationships. "I almost got married very young," she said.
"I felt like I hadn't really experienced anything. I didn't really know myself. I didn't really know what I liked, or what I didn't like. I just feel like I hadn't really experienced life."
After dating "on her own terms", Lori explained: "Whatever I want to do, I'm going to do it. And if it's no longer serving me, I'm going to move on." Amen.
News of her split from Just Mercy actor Michael was announced in June.
Giving further insight into their relationship when it was good, a source told People: "Michael matured a lot over the course of their relationship and was ready to commit for the long term. He let down his guard with her, opening up emotionally in a romantic relationship for the first time. They had great times together and brought out the best in each other."
