Your prayers have been answered. Lidl has released a hangover-free prosecco. Yes, you read that right.
Kiss those dreaded fuzzy heads goodbye, Lidl’s organic fizz contains less sulphites, which is thought to be the cause of all hangovers. The global discount chain’s master of wine Richard Bampfield explains, “Generally, organic wine producers use a lower level of sulphites in the production process, which means they are less likely to contribute to hangovers.
“So if you don’t react well to sulphites you could be saying good riddance to hangovers with Lidl’s Organic Prosecco Spumante.”
The prosecco hits shelves this Thursday. But you better be quick, it is set to sell out straight away.
