<p class="first-text">Have you been wondering where the hell Leona Lewis
has been? We can confirm that she can be soon found on Broadway,
starring in Cats as Grizabella.

<p class="first-text">The role apparently belonged to Nicole Scherzinger, but she reportedly backed out at the last minute
due to X Factor commitments. Andrew Lloyd Weber was none
too happy about the situation and called Scherzinger "crazy".
<p class="first-text">But all's well that ends well because Lewis
has ben enlisted as her replacement, singing the musical's famed
song, Memories, among other big show numbers. Other than
her excellent pair of lungs, Lewis does (in this writer's mind)
have a feline look about her making her perfectly cast for
Cats.
<p class="first-text">Cats ended its 18-year-long run in
2000, but officially reopens at the Neil Simon Theatre in New York
in July.
