Another chapter in the R-Pattz/K-Stew saga ends, as it's revealed Robert Pattinson has sold his $6.3 million Los Feliz home he shared with Kristen Stewart.
According to property website Trulia, Pattinson purchased the home for $6,275,000 in 2011, but put it on the market in October. Twilight fans will know that the home was where he and Kristen lived together during their romance, before they split following the revelation that Kristen had cheated with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
Despite rumours that the two have been getting back together (according to Hollywood Life "they are still talking constantly" and "Skype at least once a week"), Pattinson reportedly moved out into a rented home in Beverly Hills because his former home reminded him of his time with Kristen - so selling the property is a way of moving on.
Luckily there were plenty of takers for the swanky 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms pad with its own lagoon set on 1.5 acres of prime LA real estate - and The Big Bang Theory actor Jim Parsons is the lucky guy moving in.
But does a new home mean a new chapter for Kristen and Rob? Only time will tell.
There are rumours that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have reunited after the heartthrob was spotted at the actress' Los Feliz home last week.
The 27-year-old was spotted by an X17 photographer and parked his Durango outside his former lover's house.
"Rob looked nervous on his way to visit Kristen," the photographer revealed. "He was trying to be discreet so no one would see him."
The pair are thought to have ended their relationship in May after failing to move past Kristen's affair with her Snow White And The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
Robert was seen moving his possessions out of the actress' home with a pick-up truck on 19 May but sources say that the pair have remained friends and kept in touch.
Rob has been linked to Katy Perry and Riley Keough since his break-up.
