Kelly Osbourne walked the red carpet last night at a Cadillac and Refinery29 party event, and looked her usual cute and quirky self in a printed top and full skirt.
But what really caught our eye, was the hairstyle she sported, giving a whole new meaning to the term "pin up".
Kelly adorned her undercut hairstyle, which she'd styled into a plaited up-do, with safety pins - a punky look that certainly divided Kelly's followers when she posted it on Instagram.
