Looks like Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne weren't content with the Milan Fashion Week party scene last night as they shunned a number of fashion parties to head back to their hotel room and photograph each other in a series of raunchy shots.

Cara shared the pictures with the world on her Instagram (Mossy's is famously set to private) and they showed the pert derriere of Kate as she lay across a hotel room bed and a topless Cara, wearing only a pair of Superman knickers and a furry coat.
Not only do they look sexy as hell, we very much doubt they have even the slightest touch of regret this morning. And we probably wouldn't either to be honest.
