Kate's attendance at the funeral comes after the Princess of Wales met with supporters outside of Windsor Castle two days after the Queen's passing, where she revealed that her four-year-old son had comforted her during the difficult time.

In a clip shared on TikTok, Middleton was seen explaining how her young son comforted her following the death of the Queen. In the clip, the princess tells a supporter that Prince Louis told her, "Don't worry. She's now with great-grandpa." The video has racked up over 2 million views on TikTok.

During a recent visit with members of the public, the Prince and Princess of Wales spoke candidly with well-wishers. "[Prince William] said how difficult it was yesterday and how it reminded him of his mum's funeral," one visitor told The Telegraph. "Catherine said it's just been such a difficult time for all of them, for the whole family."

Queen Elizabeth II, the longest reigning monarch in English history, passed away last week at age 96. Since her passing, the royal family has shown unity in their grief, with California-based Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reuniting with Prince William and Princess Catherine to admire flowers left in honour of the Queen outside Windsor Castle.
