According to the brand, it’s the first-ever longwear liquid vegan formula, created specifically to be worn on your inner rim lash line. It’s notoriously difficult to find a liner that won’t smudge or run when applied to this area, so we have high hopes that this is finally the holy grail product we’ve been waiting for. Kat added: “The formula is applied wet and dries down to the most budge-proof opaque black.” The dream.
