Last night, Kanye West shared a touching tribute to his late mother on what would have been her 67th birthday.
The rapper took to Twitter to post a throwback photo of himself with his mother Donna West, who passed away in November 2007. In the heart-breaking tweet, he wrote: "Nori asked if the airplane could take her to heaven to see you for your birthday" before adding "I love you mom."
The 39 year-old star's late mother has inspired a number of his creative endeavours in the past as he launched a colourful tribute t-shirt with images of his mother and his wife Kim Kardashian's late father Robert Kardashian, with the text "in loving memory" as part of his Yeezy 3 collection.
