Kanye West is rumoured to be "desperate" to buy Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch for his wife Kim Kardashian.
The late singer's home has gone on sale for $100m and Kanye is thought to be very interested. It's thought the Grammy winner has visited the 2,500-acre estate several times over the years but don't think he's going to hand over any money without a bit of negotiation.
"Kanye is desperate to own the Neverland but he's not prepared to pay the price they want," a source said. He wants to reportedly knock $15 million off the price.
Kim and Kanye recently moved into a $20m Hidden Hills home, designed completely to their specifications, so Neverland may well become a second holiday home for the couple and their growing family.
