Jude Law has announced that he is set to become a father for the fifth time. The Talented Mr. Ripley star is expecting a baby with former girlfriend and upcoming singer Catherine Harding, aka Cat Cavelli, although the couple are reportedly no longer together.
The 23-year-old chanteuse and 41-year-old Law are said to have enjoyed a brief romance earlier this year. In a statement issued on behalf of the Brit star, a rep for the actor confirmed the happy news: "I can confirm that Jude Law and Catherine Harding are expecting a child together in the spring. Whilst they are no longer in a relationship, they are both wholeheartedly committed to raising their child."
The statement, continued: "They consider this a private matter and other than this confirmation no statement will be made… I ask that you respect the privacy of all parties involved and their families."
