The actor was seen walking away from a tussle with his trousers around his ankles.
Bizarrely the strange scene gives few clues as to the movie's plot, which is about an art dealer searching for a stolen painting that contains the secret to the Nazis' hidden gold.
As well as Johnny, the flick contains an all-star cast, including Ewan McGregor, Gwyneth Paltrow and Paul Bettany.
Its release date is yet to be confirmed.
