Jennifer Lopez Affleck is keeping the bridal vibes going as she steps out in California with her husband Ben Affleck.
On 4 September, the singer and actor were spotted holding hands during a family outing to the Malibu Chili Cook-Off. Lopez Affleck paired a flowy sheer white maxi dress with an unexpected pair of red Adidas x Gucci slides. With her hair up in a claw clip, she accessorised the look with gold hoops, a gold necklace, and a Christian Dior tote bag. Meanwhile, Affleck wore a crisp blue button-up shirt with a pair of khaki trousers, cream-coloured trainers, and a pair of aviator sunglasses.
I'm just going to say it: the way Lopez Affleck's white dress and red slip-ons perfectly match the red can of Coke in her hand is giving extreme plandid vibes. I hope you got that Coca-Cola money, Bennifer!
Convenient colour scheme aside, what makes the Adidas x Gucci slip-ons “unexpected” is that Lopez Affleck is typically a big fan of heels unless she's wearing athleisure, in which case she wears trainers just like everybody else.

She shared that they walked down the aisle to Marc Cohn's “True Companion,” the same song they originally chose for their cancelled wedding back in the early aughts. “The twenty years between those dreams of youth and the adult world of love and family we embraced that day, brought more to this marriage than either of us ever could have imagined,” wrote Lopez Affleck. “We weren’t only marrying one another; we were marrying these children into a new family.”
She continued, "Some old wounds were healed that day and the weight of the past finally lifted off our shoulders. Full-circle—and not at all the way we planned it. Better.”
