James Corden made a surprise appearance as his Gavin & Stacy alter-ego Smithy this week - at a London estate agency, no less. In the light-hearted routine, Corden interrupted a weekly morning meeting at the Greene & Co branch in West Hampstead and began his own "motivational speech". The eight-minute video - which was filmed by a member of staff - saw Corden as Smithy pick out a number of the members, who he playfully joked around with. Corden told one employee: "How can you sell homes when it looks like you're homeless?" He continued: "Goldschmidt's? Gold sts! Foxtons? Fk you! You are an unstoppable machine. "I am proud to say that I, Smithy, when it comes to property, will definitely consider you as one of the three quotes I will get." He concluded his speech by saying: "Greene & Co? Do you know what I call you? Green and go. Go forth and sell houses. Do it better than before."
